Terms of Service
How bookings, payments, rescheduling, and delivery work in practice. Please read this before confirming a session — it protects your time as much as mine.

Booking & Payment
A date is held, not guaranteed, until a deposit is received — this is what allows me to turn other inquiries away and prepare properly for your session.
- A 30% deposit confirms your date and begins preparation
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, before shooting begins
- Payment is accepted in local currency, USD, or EUR at the day's exchange rate

Rescheduling & Cancellation
ReschedulingFree of charge with at least 48 hours' notice — plans change, and a session should feel unforced, not rushed.
CancellationCancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit, as the slot can no longer be offered to another client.

Preparing for Your Session
WardrobeSolid, muted tones photograph best. Avoid large logos, busy prints, and anything overly reflective — the goal is for you to remain the subject, not the pattern.
LocationWe choose the setting together during consultation, whether studio or outdoors, based on the mood the session is meant to hold.

Delivery & Rights
TimelineFinished images arrive within 7–14 business days through a private online gallery, ready to view and download.
UsageImages may be used in my portfolio and studio channels unless we agree otherwise in writing before the session.
